Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
At We Must we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what data is handled when you visit our site, who receives it and what choices you have. The core idea is simple: we do not collect or sell your personal information, and when data such as your IP address reaches a third party, it is because that service receives it in order to show you its content — not because we hand it over.
Who we are
We Must is a live-content and broadcast production company for the electronic music industry, with teams in Buenos Aires, Barcelona and Mexico City. You can reach us at europe@wemust.tv with any question about this policy or your data.
What data we handle
We don't ask you to create an account or provide personal data to browse. We only receive information you actively send us: when you fill in the contact or quote form (name, email and your message), when you subscribe to the newsletter (your email) or when you apply to the Studio (the details you enter). We use that information only to reply and provide the service, and we never share or sell it.
Your IP address and external services
Our site shows videos, audio and images hosted on external platforms — Vimeo, YouTube, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Google's CDN (for images) and Cal.com (for scheduling calls). When your browser loads that content, it connects directly to those platforms' servers, and by the technical nature of the internet, those platforms may log your IP address and browser data. We do not receive, store or transmit your IP: it is your browser that connects to those services. Each platform processes that data under its own privacy policy.
That's why we ask for your consent before loading that content. If you'd rather not share your IP with those services, you can decline and the site still works: videos and players appear as a box you can enable with one click whenever you want.
Cookies
We use as few cookies as possible. Essential cookies store your language and your privacy choice, and need no consent. Marketing cookies (for example, a Meta pixel to show you our videos on Instagram) only activate if you accept. Our traffic analytics (Vercel Analytics) is anonymous and cookieless.
Services involved
To operate, the site relies on: Vercel (hosting and anonymous traffic analytics), Vimeo, YouTube, SoundCloud and Mixcloud (video and audio playback), Google (image delivery from Drive), Cal.com (call scheduling), Supabase (database for our content and forms) and, if you accept, Meta (marketing). The typeface is served from our own domain, so it creates no connection to Google.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data you've sent us (for example, your newsletter email or a form) by writing to europe@wemust.tv. You can also change your privacy choice at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we add a new service that affects your privacy, we'll ask you again.
